Fusion Classic 7″ Santoku Knife (9811-18)

The Fusion Classic 7” Santoku is a traditional Asian chef’s knife, prized for its versatility. Featuring a hollow-ground edge, the indentations in the blade create air pockets that make it hard for wet and starchy foods, like potatoes and ham, to stick to the blade as you slice. The flat edge of this blade makes it a great choice for chopping or slicing vegetables, meat, and fish.

The Fusion Classic line embodies control, quality, and long-lasting dependability. Featuring a German-steel blade of X50CrMoV15 steel, each blade offers excellent edge retention and stain-resistance. The modified bolster is angled to encourage a proper pinch grip on the knife, giving the user mastery over their blade. Designed with an angle bolster for ease of sharpening, the whole blade can be used from tip to heel. An ergonomic, triple-riveted ABS handle encases each knife’s full tang, giving the Fusion Classic substantial strength and heft. The ABS handle is dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended.
