The Fusion Classic 5.5″ Prep Knife is a wide-bladed utility knife, perfect for all your small to medium prep work. Use the Prep Knife for tasks like peeling, chopping fruits and veggies, portioning out meats, and slicing cheeses. It’s the perfect medium companion to your chef knife and paring knife.

The Fusion Classic line embodies control, quality, and long-lasting dependability. Featuring a German-steel blade of X50CrMoV15 steel, each blade offers excellent edge retention and stain-resistance. The modified bolster is angled to encourage a proper pinch grip on the knife, giving the user mastery over their blade. Designed with a half-bolster for ease of sharpening, the whole blade can be used from tip to heel. An ergonomic, triple-riveted ABS handle encases each knife’s full tang, giving the Fusion Classic substantial strength and heft. The ABS handle is dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended.
