Fully serrated blade, rosewood handle. Great for freshly baked breads, sandwiches, and more. The Full Tang Line  has ‘full tang’ steel, meaning the tang goes all the way fully through the handle; this line is in between the quality of the forged and the regular lines.

Grohmann offers classic Rosewood in many beautiful variations. Ranging from deep, rosy brown to blonde strips, each handle is unique as no two handles are ever the same. Plantation grown mainly in East India, this special wood is selected for its durability, colour & rich grain. A good solid handle material that gets a better grip after use, but like any good knife with quality steel it is not recommended to be left soaking in water. Humidity can affect it slightly shrinking or swelling. Rosewood is always an excellent choice for a classic natural handle as no oils or shellacs are used, just the natural oils released during buffing give it its sheen.
