The Kai Pro 7″ Santoku is an Asian chef’s knife, designed with a flat bottom and just a little bit of a belly curve to help with a rocking cut. The santoku is best used with fish, vegetables, and meats in a downward slice, and the razor sharp edge is sure to get you precise cuts.
