The razor-sharp, Japanese stainless steel blade peels effortlessly with minimal bruising. This blade is so sharp, it can even peel the tough skin of a squash (no really, we tried it!). Its ergonomic design is great for both left and right-handed use, and this peeler features a pointed end-piece to remove blemishes on produce.
