This extra large Y Peeler from Kussi is great for shredding cabbage or slicing wide strips of veggies. The razor-sharp, Japanese stainless steel blade peels effortlessly with minimal bruising. This blade is so sharp, it can even peel the tough skin of a squash (no really, we tried it!). Its ergonomic design is great for both left and right-handed use, and the soft, rubbery handle feels comfortable in hand and provides great grip. Dishwasher safe, but handwashing recommended.
