Note: The maximum temperature the ambient tip of the MEATER probes can withstand is 275°C. The maximum temperature the internal temperature sensor can withstand is 100°C. Make sure to insert the MEATER probe into the meat past the safety notch to avoid damage to the internail sensor. To ensure the safety of the probe, the MEATER app will alert when too close to these limits.
