The Messermeister Avanta 6″ Flexible Boning knife has a swept narrow blade with an upturned tip allowing the knife to cut when the tip is pressed forward. Boning knives are used for removing large bones from meat and poultry. With small handles that can be easily twisted and turned, these agile blades are designed to work well in hard-to-reach spaces like joints and around curves.
