The Peugeot Paris 9″ White Salt Mill U-Select (PM27834) Mill measures 9 inches tall and comes in an elegant white finish, featuring a 2 stage grinding mechanism made of case-hardened steel. This steel is specially treated to keep the teeth razor sharp and provides protection against corrosion. The mill releases maximum flavour and aroma by first cracking each peppercorn before it is ground. The patented U-Select grind adjustment found at the base of the mill features 6 pre-defined grind settings, or any point in between, from powdery-fine to very coarse. Made in France since 1840.
