We offer two convenient shipping options:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Global Store purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Used knives or kitchen tools (including Chef’s Knives, Boning Knives, Bread Knives, Carving Knives, etc.)
  • Opened or used Kitchen Gadgets & Accessories
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Cutting Boards that show signs of use
  • Kitchen Graters & Zesters that have been used

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address: 4523 Timberbrook Lane, Denver, CO 80202, US

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • All items are securely packaged in their original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred shipping method (additional charges may apply)

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note:

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
