The 9” Double Bladed Wusthof mezzaluna is double handled to aid in the rocking action for mincing herbs spices and nuts and ensure hands stay off the board. The extreme rocker makes for smooth side to side movement for more efficient cutting. Choose your size based on the pile of herbs you mince at one time. The larger the pile, the longer the blade. Two blades equals less time spent chopping.
