What’s more, the hollow edge allows small air pockets to form during slicing, which prevents food from sticking to the blade.

The thin yet strong and long-lasting blade is laser-cut from a single piece of high-carbon steel with a V-ground edge that is precision-tapered from bolster to tip to maintain its shape and hold its edge, and is also easy to sharpen. Full tang adds weight and balance. The modern grey molded POM handle is durable and available in Canada exclusively from House of Knives.
