Zwilling Cermax 5.5″ Prep Knife (30881-141)

The Zwilling J.A. Henckels Cermax 5.5″  Prep Knife is an all-rounder knife perfect for peeling and chopping vegetables and fruit, slicing meats and cheeses, butterflying chicken breasts, deveining shrimp, and more.

The blade core consists of a special powder steel, which under the name MicroCarbide offers a Rockwell Hardness of 66. The sharpness of the knife can be used particularly well thanks to the 12 degree blade angle. The handle is made of Micarta, made of linen and synthetic resin.
